多根井 重晴

“思い”を“カタチ”に！

皆さんもご存じのとおり、医療の現場で求められる薬剤師業務は千差万別で、答えがひとつとは限りません。ですから、皆さんを取りまく学習環境には、とても大切なキーワードが秘められており、薬学部教育では感性を育むことも求められています。さて、医薬分業の歴史を紐解くと、13世紀のフリードリヒ2世まで遡ることができ、わが国では明治時代に近代的な医療制度が導入され、メイド イン ジャパンの薬剤師が誕生しました。日本では、「厚生労働大臣から薬剤師の免許を与える」と薬剤師法に明記されていますが、免許とは「禁止されている業務等について、法定要件を満たす場合にのみ、禁止事項を解除する」ことを意味します。したがいまして、薬剤師免許の取得を目指す薬学部では学ばなければならない事が数多く、皆さんには苦しくとも楽しく、長いようで短く、とても充実した学生生活が待っています。「何故、薬学部に入学するのか？」「どのような薬剤師になるのか？」など、揺るぎない原点をいつも心に温めながら、チャンスを逃すことなく、ゴールを見据え、目標に向かって、何事にも「誠実に・前向きに・真剣に」トライしてみましょう。そして、指折り数え、首を長くしつつ、1日でも早い薬剤師としての誕生を待ち望んでいる患者さんや地域の方々に貢献するためにも、本学で“思い”を“カタチ”にしてみませんか？
