陳 福士

”体の動きで病気を治す”薬学とスポーツ科学を勉強しましょう

運動療法は世界中で紀元前２６００年から行われていた。運動は薬と同じように、体にいろいろな恩恵を与えてくれる反面、体に危険を及ぼすことがあり、まさに“両面の剣”である。健康づくりのために実施している運動がマイナスとなっている場合もある。さらに疾病の予防と改善を目指しているはずの運動が逆に疾病の悪化を招く場合もある。幸いなことに、最近、運動療法のプラス効果とマイナス効果についても科学的に様々なことが明らかにされつつある。しかし、薬物療法の下で運動療法に関する研究はいまだ不明の点が多くある。今後そのテーマに関連する様々な学際研究に積極的に挑戦し続けていきます。

略歴

  • 台湾彰化出身。1989年台湾輔仁大学体育学科卒業、1991年台湾陸軍退役1991年。1994年筑波大学体育研究科課程（前期）修了。1995年国立環境研究所特別研究生修了。1995筑波大学医学研究科研究生修了、1999年東邦大学薬学研究科課程（薬学博士）修了、1999-2012(台湾)国立東華大学スポーツレジャー学科助理教授、2012-2018(台湾)国立東華大学教育学部体育スポーツ科学学科准教授。2019年日本薬科大学薬学部教授を経て現職。
